  1. 1.     Is Membership Required to Place an Order?

    Membership is not required to place orders with CompleteOfficeUSA.com.
    If you choose you may become a member by registering your account while placing your 1st order.  There are NO Fees associated with a membership.
    As a member you will have access to special promotions, informative newsletters and company shopping lists and account information.

    2.     Will I be Charged Sales Tax>

    All orders shipped within North Carolina will have Sales Tax Added to the invoice amount.   All orders shipped to the remaining states will not have sales tax applied, however, you may be responsible for your states sales tax as per the Use Provisions of your state.  Please consult your tax adviser.
    Sales tax will be calculated a collected according to the delivery point of your order. 
    Organizations exempt from sales tax please fax a completed exemption form to (704) 948-7258 prior to completing your order. Refunds may not be available for exempt orders that checkout as taxable.

    3.     What is Your Return Policy?

    Products must be returned within 30 days of the ship date. The items must be in their original packaging, unused and in salable condition to receive credit.  Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs relating to returned merchandise, including initial delivery and return delivery. Items returned may incur a restocking charge of 15%.
    You must receive a return authorization from us before merchandise is returned.  Please call customer service at 888-662-8283 for a  return authorization # and return instructions.  Any merchandise received without a valid R/A # or in poor condition will be refused and returned to sender.
    Please allow up to 15 business days for return processing and credit to appear on your statement.

    4.     What if My Items Arrive Defective or I am Missing Something From My Order?

    Please inspect your order carefully for defects and shortages as soon as possible.

    Shortage claims must be made within 10 business days of receiving your order.
    Defective product claims must be made within 30 business days of receiving your order.

    Defective items will be picked up at our expense.  Replacement product will be shipped at NO CHARGE and prepaid UPS labels will be emailed for your return. 
    Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the prepaid return labels.  If  the defective product is not returned after 30 days your credit card will be charged for the replacement order.

    Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt, any claims made after 30 days may not be honored by CompleteOfficeUSA.com.

    5.     Price & Availability

    All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products.  We are not responsible for typographical errors.

    All prices stated on the site or in any may be altered by us from time to time without notice to you.

    When the payment method is credit card the payment is made at the point of order submission. Special orders (including large orders sourced from manufacturers) may be delayed due to manufacturing issues beyond our control. Shipments will be made as soon as possible.

    6.     Delivery

    We will deliver the products within the Continental United States to the address provided to us by you at the time you place your order. Our standard charges for delivery will apply (see Shipping Policy here). We will endeavor to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you by any delivery date estimated by us. However, we cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.

    We attempt to deliver products as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee "next day delivery" on any order.  In most cases, we do deliver the next day.  Occasionally because of stock issues or because we need to order direct from a manufacturer delivery times are affected.  If you require delivery by a given date it is imperative that you contact us before ordering.  We will be happy to check stock and give you an estimate on delivery times.

    7.     What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

    We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover Cards.
    Net 30 terms are available for Federal, State and Local government entities as well as school districts, Universities and other public educational institutions.
    Purchase order should not be less than $50.00

    8.     What if I Need to Cancel My Order?

    UPS and Common Carrier trucks leave our warehouses all throughout the day.  Orders placed in our system may ship within just minutes of being placed.

    If you place an order and need to cancel please be aware that it may have already shipped.  Trucks cannot be recalled and orders, once on those trucks, will be delivered.  If  your order has already shipped you will be responsible for all freight charges.  We will try very hard to stop any shipment if we can because we believe in good customer service.

    Any request to cancel an order must be made via email allowing us a written record of your request.

    If you refuse shipment on UPS orders for the purposes of canceling an order you will not be credited back for the shipping charge.

    9.     Do You Accept Purchase Orders?

    CompleteOfficeUSA.com accepts pre-approved purchase orders from government agencies & public schools . We require orders via PO be for a minimum order of $50.00. Purchase order payments are Net 30 days.

    Purchase Orders are not accepted from individuals.  Purchase Orders are also not accepted from any other company or organization.  Any order placed using the Purchase Order option during checkout not fitting the above criteria will be deleted immediately.

    10. Do You Accept Returns?

    We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased for any reason, please refer to our Return Policies and follow the returns process.

    Some products are ordered direct from the manufacturer.  Returns to some of these manufacturers can incur a restocking fee (the percentage depends on the manufacturer). 

    Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice:  Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 hours without exception.  Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.

    You agree to our Return Policy with the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Products purchased from the site are warranted in accordance with the law, and nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict any rights which applicable law grants to you in respect of such products. Individual products may be the subject of additional warranties or guarantees given by their manufacturers directly to you.

    Except as provided above there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and all such terms are excluded by these terms and conditions to the maximum extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss, however it may arise and even if we have previously been advised of the possibility of such loss.

    12. Acceptance of Orders

    The receipt of an order confirmation email by CompleteOfficeUSA.com does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to reject orders or limit the quantities on any order. It is possible that verification of customer information may be required prior to acceptance and fulfillment of an order. CompleteOfficeUSA.com reserves the right to accept business or reject business from any individual, business or organization. If your order is accepted you agree to pay the full price, including shipping (if applicable) and sales tax (if applicable) shown on the checkout page. If there are additional services required such as lift gate or inside delivery you agree to pay for these services (which will be quoted prior to shipment).

    13. Coupon Codes

    CompleteOfficeUSA.com reserves the right to limit the use of coupon codes.  We may, at our discretion, limit the times per customer a coupon code may be used.  Coupon codes are intended for individual use one time per customer.
